Terms of service

Gulf Ad Studio (Social Master) provides AI-assisted marketing creative. Billing is processed by the shared DEALERSCLOUD Stripe account. Prices and deliverables are shown in a QAR quote before generation. Pay-as-you-go customers add prepaid funds through one-time card payments, starting at 50 QAR. There is no automatic top-up or mandatory subscription. Unused balance does not expire. Existing subscriptions keep their purchased terms and renew until canceled through Manage Billing.

The free trial includes two campaign packs and two HD renders per workspace. Paid allowances renew monthly, including annual subscriptions. Unused subscription allowances do not roll over. Eligible allowances reduce your campaign quote. Campaign funds are reserved during generation and charged once after all requested outputs pass checks. Technical failure releases the reservation back to your campaign balance; this is not an automatic card refund. Downloads and automatic repairs cost nothing extra. New creative versions need a new quote. For an unspent-balance refund request, contact billing support using your Stripe receipt details. You may upload only materials you are entitled to use and must verify factual claims, offers, permissions, and regulated advertising requirements before publishing.

AI output may contain errors. No sales, ranking, or performance outcome is guaranteed. Publishing requires your configured authorization and a connected provider. You retain rights to your uploaded content; you authorize processing by the service and its AI, payment, and infrastructure providers to deliver your campaigns. Do not upload sensitive personal or patient information.
