Privacy policy

We process your email, business profile, uploaded assets, campaign content, and usage records to provide Gulf Ad Studio. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Session cookies authenticate your workspace. Card details are handled by Stripe; Gulf Ad Studio stores billing references and subscription state.

Your business context and selected assets may be sent to AI providers through OpenRouter to analyze, write, or generate creative. Infrastructure providers store campaign records and media. Media delivery uses unguessable asset URLs; anyone you share a delivery URL with can view that asset. Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal information.

We retain account and campaign records while needed to provide the service and meet billing or legal obligations. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the support contact on your Stripe invoice and identify your workspace. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription; manage billing first.
