Which AI Ad Generator Is Best for Arabic? 10 Tools Compared (2026)

Gulf Ad StudioUpdated

It depends on the job. HeyGen positions itself around presenter-style avatar videos, CapCut and Canva suit hands-on editing and design, and AdCreate and POPCORN are built around Arabic dialects. Gulf Ad Studio, which we make, suits Qatar businesses that want a finished video, graphic and English plus Arabic captions per campaign, priced in QAR from 17 QAR per video campaign without a subscription. Prices and language claims come from public vendor pages read on 25 October 2026, except Canva's (Qatar App Store listing) and Tarweej's (Capterra listing).

The table shows what each tool is built for, what the vendor itself says about Arabic, its published price and how it charges. Prices are as published on vendors' pages on 25 October 2026 and change often. Not published means we found no public price.

How we compared them, and our bias

We read each vendor's public pricing and product pages on 25 October 2026 and report only what the vendor says about Arabic. We ran no side-by-side quality tests, so this page does not rank output quality. We make Gulf Ad Studio, so judge our entry accordingly: we list it where it genuinely fits and name the tools built for other jobs.

  • Canva's pricing page blocked our research tool, so Canva's price comes from its Qatar App Store listing. Tarweej's details come from a Capterra listing (a vendor-supplied description) that we saw only in a search result and did not re-open, and we could not verify them against the vendor's own site. Check both vendors directly.
  • AdCreative.ai's page shows several prices per plan depending on billing period; we quote the monthly figure. Its Ultimate plan appears at both USD 999 and USD 599 on that page, so we list USD 999; confirm the current price with the vendor. Prices are in each vendor's own currency, unconverted.

The tools one by one

Canva

Canva is built for hands-on design with templates. Its Qatar App Store listing includes Arabic among its languages and describes AI Bulk Create for ad variations and an AI Post Writer for captions. Pro is an in-app purchase, with offers listed at 39.99 to 70 QAR per month. It suits owners or designers who want full manual control.

CapCut

CapCut is built for editing short videos and adding captions yourself. CapCut's own page says its desktop editor's auto-captions support Arabic among other languages; the pages we read do not state Arabic text-to-speech. Its pricing page shows Pro at USD 19.99 per month (USD 179.99 per year) and a free plan. It suits people who edit their own footage.

Creatify

Creatify is built for AI-actor video ads made from templates. Its FAQ says it supports 75+ languages, and Arabic is listed among them. Creatify lists Standard at USD 15 a month (USD 10 with its 30% annual-plan discount), Pro at USD 55 (USD 38) and Max at USD 95 (USD 66), with a Business tier above them and a free plan with watermarked exports. It suits teams that want avatar-style ads.

HeyGen

HeyGen positions itself around presenter-style avatar videos and translating them. Its pricing page cites 175+ languages and dialects without naming Arabic dialects, and a separate translation page names Arabic. The free tier gives 3 watermarked videos a month; Creator is USD 29 per month (USD 24 billed annually), Pro USD 49 and Business USD 149 plus USD 20 per seat. If you need a talking presenter on screen, that is the job it is built for.

InVideo

InVideo is built for text-to-video with a timeline editor. Its pricing page shows Starter at USD 10 per seat per month on annual billing, with USD 20 appearing as a struck-through list price, Plus at USD 60 and USD 30 on annual billing, and Max at USD 150 and USD 75. We did not see a free plan listed. The page does not state which languages are supported, so test Arabic narration and captions before you commit.

AdCreative.ai

AdCreative.ai is built for producing many ad creatives, including banners, copy, product photoshoots and video, with performance scoring. Its page lists Starter at USD 39 per month, Professional at USD 249 and Ultimate at USD 999 (the page also shows Ultimate at USD 599), with lower prices under quarterly or yearly billing and a 7-day free trial. The page does not mention Arabic. It suits teams that run many ad variations.

Tarweej

Tarweej is listed on Capterra (vendor-supplied description) from USD 19 a month, with Saudi, Emirati, Levantine and Egyptian dialects named. We could not verify this against the vendor's own site, so check features, Qatar availability, Qatari-dialect coverage and price directly.

AdCreate (UAE)

AdCreate is built for Arabic avatar videos aimed at UAE businesses. Its UAE page states avatars and text-to-speech in Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf Arabic dialect, plus right-to-left text overlays, with plans from about AED 85 per month billed annually in USD. It markets to UAE businesses, so check Qatar availability and the billing currency.

POPCORN (Dubai)

POPCORN is built for dialect-specific Arabic video ads made from a product link. It is Dubai-based, launched in 2026, and was reported in October 2026 to have raised a USD 1 million pre-seed round. Launch coverage names Saudi, Egyptian and North African dialects with Arabic lip-sync and says coverage will expand; a Qatari variety is not among those named. We found no public pricing.

Gulf Ad Studio (our product)

Gulf Ad Studio suits Qatar businesses that want a finished campaign per request: a narrated vertical video, a square graphic and English and Arabic captions, quoted in QAR before anything is created. The next section covers where it fits and where it does not.

How to choose

  • You need a talking presenter on screen: HeyGen.
  • You want to edit your own footage or lay out your own posts: CapCut for video, Canva for graphics.
  • You sell to Saudi, Egyptian or North African audiences and want dialect-specific avatar ads: look at POPCORN. Tarweej's Capterra listing also names several dialects, but check it directly first.
  • You sell across the UAE and wider Gulf and want Gulf Arabic avatars: look at AdCreate.
  • You run large volumes of ad variations: AdCreative.ai.
  • You are a Qatar business that wants a finished video, graphic and English plus Arabic captions per campaign in QAR, without a subscription: Gulf Ad Studio.
  • You need real people, a real location or a brand film: hire a videographer or agency. See AI vs agency vs freelancer in Qatar.

Where Gulf Ad Studio fits, and where it does not

Gulf Ad Studio suits small Qatar businesses that need repeatable promotions without a monthly commitment. You give it a website URL or product photos and a one-line goal, and generation typically takes a few minutes (in our October 2026 tests about 2.5 minutes for a Budget campaign and about 5 to 7 minutes for High-end; extra formats take longer). You pay from a prepaid QAR balance (minimum top-up 50 QAR), see an itemized quote first, and are charged only when every requested output passes automatic checks. Downloads are free.

There is no monthly plan: you add funds and pay per campaign. Free trial: 2 campaigns, each with a strategy, English + Arabic post text and one vertical HD video with voiceover. No card needed. The trial covers up to 2 companies. Square and Wide videos, the square image and extra AI scenes are not part of the trial. See pricing and the sample campaign.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI ad generator for Arabic?

It depends on the job. HeyGen positions itself around avatar presenter videos, CapCut and Canva suit hands-on editing and design, AdCreate and POPCORN focus on dialect-aware avatar and video ads, and Gulf Ad Studio suits Qatar businesses that want a finished video, graphic and English plus Arabic captions per campaign in QAR. We ran no quality tests, so compare the vendor-stated Arabic support in the table above and test your own script.

Which tools state support for Gulf Arabic?

AdCreate states Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf Arabic dialect avatars and text-to-speech. Gulf Ad Studio writes captions in MSA or Gulf/Khaleeji wording with an AI review for non-Gulf words. POPCORN names Saudi, Egyptian and North African dialects. HeyGen and Creatify state Arabic among many languages without naming Gulf dialects. AI voices should not be assumed to be native Qatari speakers.

Is there a free AI ad generator for Arabic?

CapCut has a free plan, HeyGen's free tier gives 3 watermarked videos a month, and Creatify has a free plan with watermarked exports. Our own trial works like this. Free trial: 2 campaigns, each with a strategy, English + Arabic post text and one vertical HD video with voiceover. No card needed. The trial covers up to 2 companies. Square and Wide videos, the square image and extra AI scenes are not part of the trial. Free plans usually limit length, quality or exports.

How much does an AI-made ad cost in Qatar?

Subscription tools publish prices in US dollars per month. Gulf Ad Studio prices per campaign in QAR: a Budget video campaign is 17 QAR, and with a graphic 26 QAR. For agency and freelancer comparisons, read what a video ad costs in Qatar.

Can AI ad tools replace an agency in Qatar?

For repeatable social promotions they can cover a lot of the production work. They do not replace filmed shoots, real talent, market research or paid-media management. Treat AI output as a fast first version, and have a native speaker check the Arabic.
