Prices and costs
Social media management prices in Qatar (2026)
Gulf Ad StudioUpdated
Few Qatar agencies publish what social media management costs. Webtonic, itself an agency with a Doha office, found that only 1 of the 9 other Doha agencies it reviewed lists a price: Cre8trends, from 1,099 QAR a month for Instagram and Facebook management, 10 posts, 1 reel, 5 stories and a photo and video session. Ad spend is paid to the platform on top of any management fee, so ask for both numbers. A pay-per-campaign tool such as Gulf Ad Studio covers only the content, from 17 QAR for a video campaign to 44 QAR for High-end video plus graphic, and does not post or reply for you.
Published social media management prices in Qatar
In October 2026 the only Doha agency with a published social media package price in Webtonic's review was Cre8trends. Webtonic, itself an agency with a Doha office, looked at 9 other Doha agencies and reported that 8 of them quote after a call. We checked the plan contents on Cre8trends' own page. The table is therefore short: it is every Qatar price we could verify, not a market average.
| Vendor | What is listed | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cre8trends, Essential Presence | Account theme setup, 10 posts and 1 reel and 5 stories a month, Instagram and Facebook management, and a photo and video session | From 1,099 QAR a month | Cre8trends plans (the vendor's own page) and Webtonic review, updated 9 October 2026 |
| Cre8trends, Business Booster | Account strategy, 15 branded posts, 2 reels and 10 stories a month, social media management (the page does not name the platforms) and a monthly photo and video session | 1,499 QAR a month | Cre8trends plans and Webtonic review |
| Digital Forge (Qatar Living listing) | A 5 to 7 page website, setup of four social media accounts, basic SEO and a year of hosting. This is a setup package, and the listing does not say whether it recurs | 1,299 QAR | Qatar Living listing |
| The other 8 Doha agencies in the review | Quote after a call | No published price | Webtonic review |

What a social media management quote should spell out
A fair quote states in numbers what you get each month. Phrases such as "full management" are where price differences hide: the Business Booster plan above is listed as "Full Social Media Management" without naming platforms. Ask for these items in writing.
- Posts, reels and stories per month, and on which platforms. The Cre8trends Essential Presence plan names 10 posts, 1 reel and 5 stories on Instagram and Facebook; that is the level of detail to ask for.
- Who creates the content: ideas, captions, graphics and video, and whether photography or filming is included or billed per shoot.
- Languages: whether English and Arabic copy are both written, and whether a native Gulf Arabic speaker writes the Arabic.
- Community management: who answers comments and direct messages, how fast and in which hours.
- Paid ads: whether setup and optimisation are included. The ad budget is the money you pay the platform, and it is separate from any management fee.
- Reporting: what you receive and how often.
- Approvals and revisions: how many rounds you get and who signs off before anything is posted.
- Ownership and exit: you should own the accounts, logins and files, and know the contract length and notice period.
Which platforms to ask about in Qatar
Ask which platforms a package covers, because Qatar's audience is spread across several. DataReportal counts 2.95 million social media user identities in Qatar in October 2025 (94.3% of the population), an Instagram ad audience of 1.70 million (63.7% of adults) and a Snapchat ad audience of 1.24 million (42.0% of adults). These come from the platforms' advertising tools and are not active-user counts. For a fuller breakdown, see Qatar social media statistics.
A package that lists only Instagram and Facebook, as the Cre8trends Essential Presence plan does, leaves Snapchat out. If your customers use Snapchat, ask whether it is covered or priced separately.
What you can do yourself, and what to hand off
Social media management is several jobs under one name, and a small business can often keep the cheaper ones in-house. The table shows where Gulf Ad Studio fits: it creates content for you to post, and it does not run accounts.

Where a pay-per-campaign tool fits
Gulf Ad Studio charges per campaign, not per month. On Budget, strategy and copy alone cost 5 QAR, a video campaign 17 QAR and a video plus graphic 26 QAR; on High-end the same items cost 9 QAR, 29 QAR and 44 QAR. You see an itemised quote before anything is generated, and a failed run is not charged.
That is not the same service as a managed package, so the fair comparison is only the content line. It depends on how often you post:
- 4 campaigns a month, each a video plus a graphic: 104 QAR on Budget, 176 QAR on High-end.
- A managed package such as Cre8trends' also covers account management and a photo and video session, which this tool does not, so do not divide one price by the other.
- Add your own time for posting, replies and reporting, and any ad budget you decide to spend.
There is no monthly plan: you add funds and pay per campaign, and automatic posting is set up on request. The pricing page lists the allowances, and the examples page shows a finished campaign you can play before you pay.

Questions to ask before you sign with an agency
- Which platforms, and how many posts, reels and stories a month, in writing?
- Who films, and is photography or video included or billed per shoot?
- Is the Arabic written by a native speaker on the team or translated from English?
- Who answers comments and direct messages, and in which hours?
- Is the ad budget separate from the fee, who pays the platform, and can you see the ad account?
- Who owns the accounts, logins and files if you leave?
- How long is the contract and how do you cancel?
- Can you see work for a business like yours, in Arabic and in English?

Frequently asked questions
How much does social media management cost in Qatar?
There is no public price list for the market. In Webtonic's October 2026 review (Webtonic is itself an agency with a Doha office), the only Doha agency with a published package price was Cre8trends, from 1,099 QAR a month for Instagram and Facebook management, 10 posts, 1 reel, 5 stories and a photo and video session; the other 8 agencies quote after a call. Ask several providers for quotes with the same monthly scope.
Is ad spend included in a social media management fee?
Only if the quote says so. Ad spend is the money you pay Instagram, Snapchat or another platform to show your ads. Ask for the management fee and the ad budget as two separate numbers.
Can an AI tool replace a social media manager?
It can replace the content-making part. It cannot answer customers, run paid campaigns or plan your whole year. Gulf Ad Studio writes the strategy and the English and Arabic copy and produces the video and graphic for each campaign, and you post and reply yourself.
Does Gulf Ad Studio post to my accounts?
No. Nothing is published automatically. You download the MP4, PNG and captions and post them, or ask for automatic posting to be set up. There is no promise of sales, leads or rankings.
Which social platforms do people in Qatar use?
DataReportal's Digital 2026 report counts 2.95 million social media user identities in Qatar in October 2025, an Instagram ad audience of 1.70 million (63.7% of adults) and a Snapchat ad audience of 1.24 million (42.0% of adults). Start with the platforms your own customers use.
